Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for more than a decade. Alexandra is famous for her parts in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. The only child of Romanian actors Valentin Platareu, Alexandra began her career in show business at an early age. When she reached the age of 16, Alexandra had landed prominent roles in a variety of television dramas. Her fame was due to her role as a character in Der Tunnel. This paved the way for other unforgettable performances, like Adolf Hitler's secretary of state Traudl Junge. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are the other Oscar nominated films that feature the divas. Alexandra's work has led her to be involved in a variety of notable international and national projects.
